Beck's new 'album'  released
as unrecorded sheet music

From the beginning of  December, 2012, Beck's new album called 'song reader' released without vinyl, cd or as an an MP3 but the sheets of music!!!

Only Rough trade East in London exclusively sold 150 limited copies of song reader, signed by Beck himself. ( My friends Ji and Pak-ha bought limited album and they recieved Beck's sign with totally different style!! Amazing! I curious how many signs he did with different style!  Not printed but wrote by his hands!!!)

Also Rough trade opened most exciting event for the fan of Beck only one day to experience
Beck's new song! As Beck's new sheet of music released not on vinyl, cd or as an an MP3, but as unrecorded sheet music, to hear the new Beck album, you would quite simply have to pick up an instrument and learn the songs yourselves. So Rough trade gathered four artists - Ed Harcourt will lead a specially put together band of singers, including Liverpool's Stealing Sheep, Steve Mason (of The Beta Band), Liela Moss (of Duke Spirit) -  to play Beck's song and how it could be changed by each different singer's character.
It was super amazing!

Among the artists, I fell in love with Stealing sheep
Here check their web site and music!

The pictures below are from the performance from the four artists on 3rd December, 2012
at Rough Trade Records in Brick lane.

The album as unrecorded looks challenging and taking a risk
But it was the most exciting and powerful way to communicate 'what is the music for Beck'
Also every song was SUPER nice and IMPRESSIVE!!

Though there were some trouble to go inside
